Halfway between bakery and coffee in Barcelona, in Gula Sana we are a place with proposals so that, both celiacs and all those with food intolerances or allergies, can eat everything without worrying about anything.

In the face of the growing demand for adapted establishments for people with celiac disease, intolerances and allergies to certain foods (lactose, sugar, fructose, egg, etc.), we emerged as a healthy and safe offer elaborated with love.

Here you can sit and enjoy classic pastry and salty recipes without having to distrust the products we offer, since we avoid cross contamination by not working with food or raw material that contains gluten. In case of doubt, you can consult the allergens present in all our elaborations and products by consulting their labels.
